Can I customize my tour itinerary?
Absolutely. Every tour we offer can be tailor-made to suit your interests, travel dates, preferred hotels, and pace. Just tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll create a personalized plan.
How far in advance should I book?
4–6 weeks ahead is ideal, especially during peak travel months (December–March, July–August). But even if your trip is last-minute, we’ll do our best to assist quickly.
Do I need a visa to travel to Sri Lanka?
Yes, most travelers need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to enter Sri Lanka.
Apply online through the official Sri Lankan government portal: https://eta.gov.lk It only takes a few minutes. If you need help, we’ll guide you through the steps.

Will someone support me while I’m in Sri Lanka?
Yes. You’ll have full Call and WhatsApp support throughout your trip. Whether it’s a question, change, or local recommendation, we’re always just a message away.
Who will be my driver or guide?
You’ll be assigned a trusted, English-speaking driver who knows the local routes, attractions, and cultural etiquette. Our team carefully selects drivers to ensure a smooth, safe, and friendly experience.
Is it safe to travel in Sri Lanka?
Yes. Sri Lanka is a peaceful and welcoming destination. We monitor conditions and only recommend safe areas. We’ll also share tips and travel updates as needed.
Pricing and Payments
What’s included in the tour price?
Most of our packages include:

How do I pay for my tour?
You can pay by bank transfer or via secure online payment links. We accept most major currencies. Once you approve your itinerary, we’ll send a formal invoice with payment instructions.
Are your tour prices fixed?
Our website prices show “starting from” amounts. Final prices depend on travel dates, hotel categories, activities, and group size. We’ll send you a clear quote with no hidden fees.
Practical Information
When is the best time to visit Sri Lanka?
Sri Lanka is a year-round destination, but different regions are best at different times:
- West, South Coast and Hill Country: December to April
- East Coast: May to September We’ll help you pick the best route based on your interests and weather.
What should I pack?
Light cotton clothes, comfortable shoes, swimwear, sunscreen, a hat, mosquito repellent, and a jacket for cooler hill areas. If visiting temples, bring modest outfits that cover shoulders and knees.
Is tipping expected?
Tipping is not required but appreciated. As a guideline:
- Driver: USD 5–10 per day
- Hotel staff and guides: LKR 500–1000 per service We’ll include tips in your travel notes if needed.
Can I get a local SIM or Wi-Fi?
Yes. We can help arrange a SIM card upon arrival or a portable Wi-Fi device for your trip.
Can you accommodate vegetarian or vegan diets?
Yes. Sri Lanka offers excellent vegetarian food. We’ll help you choose hotels and restaurants that suit vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or halal needs.

Our focus is on private tailor-made tours. We also offer small group departures on fixed dates for 8–16 travelers. Let us know if that interests you.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. We offer flexible change and cancellation policies. Exact terms depend on the season and hotel rules, but we’ll always help you reschedule or adjust your plans if needed.
Can I book just hotels or transport?
Yes. While we specialize in complete packages, we can assist with individual hotel bookings, driver hire, or airport transfers. Full packages offer the best value and support.
