Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking with Look Lanka Tours.
These terms apply to all tours, services, and bookings made through Look Lanka Tours. By confirming your booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking Process
- To begin, we will provide a custom itinerary based on your preferences.
- A deposit (usually 30% of the total amount) is required to confirm your booking.
- Full payment is required at least 14 days before your arrival in Sri Lanka, unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer or other methods provided by our team.
2. Pricing
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- The final tour price depends on selected hotels, transport, activities, and seasonal rates.
- Prices quoted do not include personal expenses, travel insurance, international flights, or visa fees unless specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation terms are:
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- The final tour price depends on selected hotels, transport, activities, and seasonal rates.
- Prices quoted do not include personal expenses, travel insurance, international flights, or visa fees unless specified.
Days Before Arriva
- 30+ days
- 15–29 days
- Less than 14 days
Refund Policy
- Full refund minus bank fees
- 50% refund of total tour cost
- No refund available
Note: Refunds for hotels or third-party bookings are subject to their individual policies.
4. Changes & Flexibility
- We are happy to make reasonable itinerary changes before or during your trip.
- Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
- If unforeseen events (like weather, strikes, or political unrest) occur, we will offer the best possible alternatives.
5. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all travelers obtain travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
6. Responsibility & Liability
- Look Lanka Tours acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and tour services.
- While we work with trusted partners, we are not liable for service interruptions caused by third parties.
- We are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages that occur during your travel unless caused by our direct negligence.
7. Passport & Visa Requirements
- Travelers are responsible for holding a valid passport and obtaining the required visa.
- You can apply for a Sri Lanka ETA online at https://eta.gov.lk.
- If you need help, we’re happy to guide you.
8. Complaints & Feedback
If you face any issues during your trip, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve it quickly. Your feedback helps us improve.
9. Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared with us is used only for the purpose of your travel arrangements and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
